“As Caroline and I finalize preparations for our dream cruise to Alaska for the summer, I am feeling very prepared. One reason for this is the awesome boat you have built and outfitted for us. The ride and performance of our C-120 assures comfortable and efficient travels not to mention a choice of cruising speeds. While not essential, the fit and finish of the boat is incredible and is a pleasure to look at and use. But the biggest reason is the people who I have had the pleasure to work with, a combination of competence and courtesy.

I was happy and surprised when you took time to join me and Nick on my first test ride, answering my questions and explaining build details. Nick also took the time to explain the construction process prior to ordering and continues to educate me about how to make the boat work. When health reasons prevented Caroline from participating in the color, fabric, interior choices meeting, Steven made my daughters feel welcome by taking time explaining the choices (Turns out they know what mom likes!)

Brandon and the service team have sorted out any issues, from getting the Garmin to work with the FLIR to replacing a faulty spotlight control. Mark has had the boat in and out for service in a timely manner and provided a complete list of parts and labor for the maintenance record. It is my opinion you have put together an excellent team to build and take care of the boat you designed. Please consider us happy customers, hope to see you on the water!”
