Competent, quality, timely service is key to Aspen Owners. Aspens service team provides seamless ongoing support for our products by the same company that built the boat originally. This continuity insures that when regular maintenance is needed it meets the same standards as the original build. In house service allows us to deeply understand the specific needs of each Aspen model. Our team is often faster because they have the knowledge and experience with exactly how each component is assembled and serviced, vs. other yards where every task on our boats is a first. Aspen also maintains a service parts warehouse of standard boat parts as well special engine parts. Our goal is to have what’s needed today, instead of waiting for a vendor or shipping that could take weeks. This parts warehouse has over $50,000 in specialty parts on had from engine sensors to props. Our owners are busy folks with limited time to play and appreciate being able to get back on the water ASAP!

Aspen service can handle regular maintenance, systems upgrades, external engine component service and electronics upgrades. For internal engine work we have solid relationships with factory certified service providers. In house service is also important for our factory, as the direct feedback to our builder and purchasing teams provides a continuous improvement loop that helps make each Aspen better. Our service team takes care of about 90% of the Aspens in the Northwest and also does annual road trips to our east coast customers. We also offer a winter storage program for outside shrink wrapped boats, and a few inside dry heated storage boats as needed.
