I hereby grant Aspen Power Catamarans, its representatives, and employees the irrevocable right to use and publish photographs and/or videos of me, and uploaded to this website for use in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or any other lawful purpose.
I understand that these images and/or videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media platforms.
I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these photographs and/or videos.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs and/or videos or the printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images and/or videos.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Company from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
