Deck And Interior Space

Our Deck Space and Interior Layouts Welcome Everyone Aboard

Aspen has used innovative thinking to reinvent every part of our cruisers. Because we understand cruising efficiency, we didn’t stop at the proa hull design or the inventive use of a single diesel engine or a pair of mismatched outboards. Our smart thinking extends to the design of our living spaces as well, and we have figured out ways to maximize enjoyment.

Our boats make the most of their length and beam dimensions to create comfortable spaces for friends and family to gather. Get more for less. Aspens have comparable onboard space to monohulls that are 20 percent longer LOA and Aspens are less expensive to purchase and more affordable to operate.

Exterior Gathering Spaces Mean Reconnecting with the Water

Large cockpits make it easy for Aspen owners to host and enjoy alfresco gatherings. Our opening aft bulkhead windows and swing-out barstools bring together the indoor and outdoor spaces with ease.

Aspen Catamaran foredeck

With broad, usable foredeck areas for lounging at anchor or in a slip, our proa designs makes the most of their stability thanks to a high bowrail and wide side decks that make it easy to move fore and aft.

Feed the Crew the Right Way

Nothing makes an extended cruise more enjoyable than a yacht-grade galley that balances luxury and convenience. Corian countertops, tile backsplashes, and appliances from brands that have proven their value—Nova Kool refrigerators and freezers, and Force 10 stoves and ovens—all add up to a low-maintenance, high-value culinary experience. Plenty of counter space ensures room for food prep and serving, and, perhaps best of all, the galley is located in the center of the action so whoever is cooking can enjoy the social aspects of cruising without being tucked below. In our experience the view from galley is as good, if not better, than any seat.

Seating for Everyone

aspen helm

As on every real cruising boat, comfort on an Aspen starts with the helm seat, and our cruising boats include ultra-leather Bentley helm and copilot seats. The comfort level for long passages is improved with a tilt helm, for more flexibility when driving.

Additional seating on our cruising boats includes a lounge or dinette area, featuring ultra-leather seating surfaces as standard equipment. Our C120 even has an option for electrically adjustable lounge seats. Thanks to large windows, seating in the salon ensures excellent views all around, in easy conversation range of the galley, helm and copilot seat.

Our center console models, the L107 and L90 LX make for great cruising with wraparound seating in the bow area combined with a wide versatile cockpit space. These open boats are well suited for day cruising, fishing, diving, and watersports. Aspens stable hull and no-hump acceleration mean that our boats create comfortable situations for everyone on board, ranging from experienced boaters to those who may be getting their first exposure to time on the water.

Great Living Spaces Mean More Relaxing Time on the Water

Aspen stateroom and berth

Aspens feature comfortable well-ventilated cabins where the beds are not merely bunks. Opening portholes and hatches, reading lights, and comfortable mattresses will help you and the whole crew rest easy.

The master staterooms on our cruising boats feature comfortable king-size beds, a feature typically not found in vessels under 60’. Even our smallest cruiser the 28’ C90 has a standard king size bed. By capitalizing on the available deck space, we offer room to stand in our cabins and heads.

Head compartments are more spacious and well-appointed than those offered on comparably sized boats, maximizing utility and comfort to make extended cruising more enjoyable.
